Yeah, it's situated text to the Oblivion gate. I assume it's to show a progression of the stories. It's not talked about in the teaser, but the Oblivion gate is brought up in relation to your actions in Oblivion. Visually, Akulakhan is supposed to reference Morrowind, hence why it's next to Oblivion.
