Alchemy exploit

Hey guys it's BC it's been a while but I have yet another subject I need your help with

Recently I've tried using the Restoration/alchemy lab exploit to stupidly increase the damage of my weapons and rating of my armour and power of my enchantments. Awesome thing it worked the first time and I currently have a Steel plate set with OVER 2200 armour rating. Yes I know there are lots of people with armour rating that makes this look like E-class but it was the first time I used the exploit and being an idiot I only stacked the potion's effects a few times over but at the last second making an enhance enchantment potion it was just over a 1000% enhance don't know if that's normal as the enchantment potions are pretty powerful as they are. Now to the point. I tried using the exploit again in Breezehome in the alchemy lab same place I did it before and even though the active effects and the stats in my inventory said my alchemy gear made my potions 5million+ % better the enhance smithing, enchanting and invisibility potions I made only increased said skills by 4% so even though the potions should have made me invisible for ages I was only so for 4 seconds and my gear and weapons were only enhanced 4% better than the norm. I've already thought of making a new alchemy enhancement set and using a different alchemy table but I would like to know if this exploit gets auto patched after the first use or if the gear I use just bugs out after each use. Any help is great as always, thanks guys.

P.S. I know my posts are stupidly long but I thought the information you have on my problems the better detail you can help me if you choose to do so.

No "auto patch" that I know of subsequent to first use. HOWEVER, some things are not always as they seem. I have found that the most sure way to always get what I need from using this loop is to have gear at the ready to enchant. Starting with 25% Alchemy gear (all 4 pieces I believe) make your first Resto potion. Drink said potion, remove gear and put gear back on. Repeat until satisfied. Make your Enchant Potions now that will be very high and THEN make a final Alchemy set of gear. This gear won't need the resto loop in the future to make high level potions. The same thing can be done for smithing.

The reason I do this is because when you remove your alchemy gear that you upped using the resto loop it loses the oomph from the resto potions and you would have to go through the loop again to get it back up to high levels. By making the final Alchemy/Smithing gear the high level is "locked in" so to speak.

Hope that helps!

Cheers!

Bram

P.S. It is not a requirement to start at the 25% gear, that's just an example if you have maxed enchanting, the loop can be used at a lower enchant, but from my point of view it tends to be a waste of precious resources.
