Alchemy FNV or OB style

Just wondering how alchemy would work recipes? blending random (poop in bad word form)? what will it be like?

If by NV style, you mean "Only craftable in fixed locations", then yes; Skyrim is NV style.

No I mean are there fixed recipes to make or can you just throw sweetrolls and onions together willy nilly
