I completed all the Guild Quests already (140 hours in) and have already attained the elder scroll from the Tower of Mzark in Blackreach, I went up to the throat of the world for the 1st time and met Paarthurnax who taught me the second fire shout and then told me to go and find an elder scroll.

I already have it in my inventory but neither Esbern, Paarthurnax or Master Arngeir will give me new quest dialogue and I have no active quests for the main plot in my journal. I have stood in the time rift and read the scroll but nothing happens.

I tried a console commnad and put another scroll in my inventory but nothing changed.

So I have no main quest and I cannot find a way to activate it.

any ideas?
