First are there bobble heads anymore?And i found the aleinship but i cant get to it is there anyway you can?Its block by alot of rocks that i cant get on.

The Alien ship is only found with aliens outside with the Wild Wilderness trait, and no you cant get on board.

No bobble heads as far as I know. But there is very very hard to find Nuka Cola Quantums and the new one which name escapes me but its bright orange instead of bright blue like Quantum.

I think there's two new nuka's don't remember the names right now but they are quite rare.

Nuka Cola Victory, Nuka Cola Quantum, and Ice Cold Nuka Cola are the three non standard nuka colas in the game. All three can be crafted with a perk FYI. Collectible Snow globes are the replacement for collectible bobble heads.

also nuka cola quartz is pretty rare....at least for me ive only found 3 of them

My previous post was slightly off. Nuka Cola Quantum is from F3 and Nuka Cola Quartz is FNV.
