Who would want an alien follower, maybe from an easter egg thing that you can have with you the whole game if you choose to? Say you see a crashed UFO and you do a small side-quest for him.

I don't see something like this happening but the aliens in fallout lore are really freaking complex, (not just mothership zeta) so yeah may have one that is an ally though the reasons for it would have to be scout to oposing faction then the one currently seen. aka enemy to my unkown enemy is a friend for some reason.

Probly not. Not through the entire game. It wouldn't make much sense to me having them follow you into towns and people not reacting to an alien following you.

Maybe locked into a DLC like they were in NV's DLC's, where they stayed and the setting they are in makes more sense.

I'm all for the aliens easter egg, but making them followers would just turn them into different skinned humans.

It would be pretty cool but highly unlikely to ever happen. I suspect the only aliens we'll ever encounter in F4 will be either hostile or dead.

There are times when I pray that Bethesda doesn't read these forums.

With all due respect sir, I am going to strongly disagree with all my heart. And I strongly agree with Hero for Hire right now.

I don't mind Aliens in the Fallout Universe, but this is... excessive.

They should remain stock 1950's parodies- always hostile to humans and wanting to conquer Earth (or whatever is left of it.)

I personally would love to see a bit more inclusion of the Aliens, maybe a few of the remnants of Mothership Zeta after the Lone Wanderer took over their ship.

I was already getting fed up with aliens in Fallout because of MZ, but these constant alien threads are driving me crazy.

I'm really.. really hoping aliens aren't a thing in Fallout 4 and that the concept art just remains concept art and not an actual inclusion. I didn't mind aliens as Easter Eggs before, but now..

Nah, it would be too weird. I feel like they're too intelligent and different to really associate with us. Although forcing one to work with you via bomb collar could be interesting.

I voted yes* as Canon, just because I would love to see the look on the Black Isle Diehards' faces when Bethesda confirms YET AGAIN that Aliens are indeed a thing in Fallout.

That being said, a mod that makes one would be cool. For the base game though it would be bad.

A) It doesn't really fit. Even if you tie it into wild wasteland, it would be out of place.

It takes time away from something else they could be doing. If I had the choice of an alien companion, or a couple new guns, I'd choose the guns.
