Let's recall Fallout 3, it first began with a crashed UFO and a dead alien body which soon led to Mothership Zeta. I don't really want another Mothership Zeta but rather for aliens to make an appearance in New Vegas dead or alive. Area 51 is near Vegas and why not put Area 51 in the game? It's been subject to alien experiments so I'd think it would be pretty cool if there was at least some alien reference in or near Area 51: crashed UFOs, alien bodies, stuff like that. What do you think?

I agree with you all, I dislike MZ too.

Not only do I want Aliens I want that shiny globby armor effect from Mothership Zeta to be available as armor.

aliens should not be in future Fallouts at all. They were just Easter Egg Random Encounters. They were there for fun something to put in the dead space between the towns.

Yup. Imagine. Walking down a dark hall on a narrow catwalk when BOOM! The hall is lit up and on the left and right you see a row spanning the entire length of the hallway with dead aliens in glass cylinders filled with some yellowish liquid

It would be pretty sick if you could press a button that drains their pods and when the pod is fully drained they break out of the glass and try to kill you. Or maybe a friendly alien follower...

For the love of god, no. Small easter egg is fine if they have to, but please no plots involving them.

I don't want any plot involving them either, maybe just an easter egg. Maybe the Area 51 facility holding a docked UFO that was being experimented on before the Great War along with other alien technology (e.g. Alien Blasters).

Yet another reason to have Area 51 in the game.

From my understanding, Area 51 is a large Military Air Base surrounded by mountains with only 1 angle of entrance like a U shape and the base being in the middle of the U.

Area 51 isn't known that well for its exports meaning that only the best of the best air planes have left the base for large scale production, like the B2 stealth bomber. That fact also leads many to believe that underneath most of the hangars are large bunkers used for storing Gov secrets. I'm not talking about ET but experimental air craft and engines that would be dangerous to test anywhere else.

Basically what I'm saying is that Area 51 is definetly a place where there would be a Vault of sorts, perhaps not intentionally built for surviving a nuclear holocaust but because the base is surrounded by mountains to could be refuge to a lot of people or a home base for either the B.O.S. Enclave or maybe even the Aliens in MZ.

They will return in an easter egg. They abduct Elvis! OM*******G!
