Wiki says that aliens are only seen as skeletons in Fallout 2.

But I encountered a pack of them in a random event:

Also that skeleton isn't an alien. It was a person pumped full of psycho, metats and buffout.

There are no aliens in Fallout 2.

Then I went to New Reno, and did a caravan job.

And died again because apparently japanese mafia gang, Yakuza, don't disband after nuclear apocolypse.

Don't, the FEV experiment origin was introduced long after Fallout 2 was released.

isnt there a random ecounter with a crashed UFO? Pretty sure it was Fallout 1 or 2...

Yes there is a crashed UFO in Fallout but it isn't canon because it is just an easter egg.
