Ah, right, I forgot about the Enclave trying to colonize the moon. I hope there ends up being an Enclave base actually on the moon canonically. Personally, I'd say it's a decent idea for a DLC, although I'm sure people on here would go berserk because the idea is similar to Wolfenstein.

Skynet is still a reference to terminator. And it is the robots name in f2, the fact it has a manufactoring nr does not change any of those facts.

I've decided that I'm okay with the aliens in the first two games being jokes/Easter Eggs, despite the inescapable fact that you can carry away a weapon. You can also get stimpacks from a coke bottle, see the Tardis, all those other things. After all, one can walk around with nigh-invurnerable armor and weapons from a VR simulator in F3. Crazy, impossible things happen.

I'm also okay with the aliens in F3 (and potentially NV and F4) actually being there. While 50's sci-fi isn't the only design element in the game, it's an important one, and big-headed aliens are part of the genre.

Aliens are no more or less silly than dozens or hundreds of things in every game in the series. Because it's not a reality simulator, it's just a game designed by human beings who had/have a sense of humor and don't take it as seriously as many of their fans. The Fallout world, if you think about it for a minute, is one of the most depressing setting imaginable. The humor is there, on purpose, to make it more fun.
