You mean other then et'Ada? Not really.

The Gods and Demons of the Elderscrolls don't really exist in their own seperate dimension, they're right here in the same world as everything else. You can actually see Oblivion at night, it is the night sky. The stars are holes to Aetherius.

The Adamantine tower is suggested to be Akatosh spaceship and MK went shouting of something allong the lines of "SPACE-GODS BEGAT REMAN".

Digitals = intangibles such as the soul and Mnemolia, that is, Memory. They're not a race like Dunmer or Tsaesci or nothing like that.

They're probably the et'Ada.

Compare:

The Digitals say we come from another star, but so many have forgotten. I have not, for my lineage granted me audience with Memory, and I have spoken with the Wheels of Lull. - Loveletter

(...) [Anu] attempted to save Creation by forming the remnants of the 12 worlds into one -- Nirn, the world of Tamriel. (...) The only survivors of the twelve worlds of Creation were the Ehlnofey and the Hist. The Ehlnofey are the ancestors of Mer and Men. The Hist are the trees of Argonia. Nirn originally was all land, with interspersed seas, but no oceans. (...) - Anuad

Both suggest that we came from somewhere else. A star, can be used to describe a god, just as a planet can be.

The marriages of the Aether describe the birth of all magic. Like a pregnant [untranslatable], the Aurbis exploded with its surplus. Will formed and, with it, the Potential to Action. This is the advent of the first Digitals: mantellian, mnemolia, the aetherial realm of the etada. The Head of this order is Magnus, but he is not its Ward, for even he was subcreated by the birth of Akatosh. - Loveletter

This part here can be found in any monomyth. Will (Anuiel) formed and with it the Potential to Action (Sithis). Their interaction created the first et'Ada, hence they're the digitals.

The closest thing to aliens would be Daedra, as they are from different planes.

They weren't really talking craters/aliens. It means the Nerevarine was tempted to give up.
