AlienSlof has found a new hive

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 2:09 pm

With exclusive permission from the lady herself, Wolflore is now hosting AlienSlof's TES mods.

This mutually beneficial arrangement will hopefully reduce the load on her servers and help members of the TES community find Wolflore. We hope this relationship with be a long and fruitful one for the TES community as a whole.

***Please Note***
Wolflore is an advlt-oriented forum. You must be registered to view advlt content. By registering, you are agreeing that you are 18 years of age or older and you will abide by all forum rules. Wolflore is dedicated to the same safe environment for modders that GHF has always prided itself on. Flaming, bashing, and non-constructive criticism, are not tolerated. AlienSlof is the owner of her forums at Wolflore. She retains the right to determine what is and is not constructive criticism. You may find Wolflore by following the link in my sig.

I used several of her Oblivion mods (I really enjoyed the new horse and dog texture packs, as well as the new robe textures), but I am aware of the turmoil that trolls have created in the past (abusive comments, withdrawing mods from hosting sites, etc.). I am glad she has found a place to share her mods that is supportive of her modding style/content. I also think she is an absolute hero to keep sharing her mods with the community given the past grief some people have given her. Wolflore sounds like it is an ideal place where she will find like-minded modders and players who can appreciate her mods.

Oh, so I guess that leads to a question: are her non-advlt-content mods also hosted on Wolflore?

So far she's uploaded her horse mod, so I'd say yes. However, her dedicated forums have both advlt content and general content so she can keep control over all of it easily. Currently she has forums for Morrowind, Oblivion, and Fallout 3.

Dragon*Born, you have to be registered to see the forums with advlt content. Are you registered?

Chainy, we had to mass activate some people when our email system was down. I saw your name in the list, just go ahead and log in.

Sorry. We like to keep it so guests who aren't interested in advlt content don't have it shoved down their throat. If they want to see, they can register and if they don't, they don't have to.

Speaking for myself, you definitely don't want to see me nvde! I don't want to see it either....

Yes, Fligg. We're very pleased to have been able to work out this arrangement. I can't think of anything better than bringing modders and their works back into the community.

edited because I thought better of it

Oh...don't eat that fishystick. It is far too greasy for even an American stomach to properly digest. You will end up in the hospital for sure!
