I don't really think that Nellis AFB is a town, its more of an outpost of the Boomers.

I really like New Vegas but its really the obvious choice.

Jacobstown is my overall favorite just because its so different from the wasteland. I mean how often do you run into a group of super mutants and nightkin in a snowy green wasteland? The only thing I dislike about it is the lack of quests.

Novac is a close 2nd because of Dinky. :disguise:

I like Nipton's theme... Crucified Powder Gangers, piles of fire, severed heads put onto spears, and of course Legion flags! So relaxing to view from Wolfhorn amirite?

My favorite town however is Novac, It's just so cozy.

Personally, I'd like to live in one of the Ranger stations, not one on the front line but one that still matters.

It is a town. They live there and they farm there and have kids there. Even if they have other places it would be a town of the Boomers in New Vegas and therefore a town in New Vegas :grad:

I've played a lot of NV, and Novac is hard to beat, for functionality. That's why it got my vote for favorite town- because I always end up basing my chars out of the motel there

It's quiet, safe, has all the crafting benches and a good trader close by, and is more or less central in the map-world. And there are no leaders or factions to have to muck with. And how many places in the world are there, where you can execute an evil schoolmarm motel owner via a crazed elite ex-military sniper perched in a dinosaur's mouth? And of course, No-Bark... it just don't get any better...

1) Freeside, I like the run down feel of the outter ring of the city center.
2) Between Novac and Jacobstown, I gave Novac the edge. No one bothers you unless you go looking for adventure.
3) It's a toss up between The King and Marcus, both are great leaders in their own way.
4) Freeside, better, more entertaining quests and lots of them.
5) Freeside is my favorite town, but strangly enough I'd choose to live in Novac and just visit Freeside from time to time. )Maybe even take over running the hotel after that lady has her "accident" lol)

Freeside in my opinion. Love that there's alot of people, except scarcity of food and a lot of homeless and crazy addicts. It seems realistically what it would be like after a Nuclear war with most everything devastated. There's some civilized feel but also an every man for himself theme. Kind of reminds me of the world shown in Terminator before Kyle Reese went back in time.
