Actually I take what I said about post war guns partially back. I very much liked the ones in the Metro series. They looked good and were practical. I'm not saying bring the b*astard smg to the Commonwealth, but the scavenged guns gotta be designed practically.


On that note, a machine gun designed for at minimum to be on a bipod when firing strapped to a piece of driftwood doesn't seem practical nor visually appealing to me.

Lol, you've clearly never had to move across an open field with people shooting at you on the other side. It might not "seem" practical, but it is, most modern militaries prize weight of fire over accuracy, and light machine guns have their place. A bulky rifle like this fits right in.

Anyway, taste is taste, hope you can find a version of it that you like.

On the other hand it looks like an magazine opening at the bottom and that this shot was taken while swapping magazines and no other room for an large magazine. Now the opening look long enough for rifle ammo not the short pistol ammo for SMG

Does anybody know what kind of weapon the Guard for I'm guessing Diamond City (since he's wearing reinforced catchers gear) is holding? Looked like a different Assault Rifle.

Hmm Im not really a fan of the 10mm pistol's new look, it does not look like a heavy duty pistol anymore and it does not look like you can beat someone to death with it like the old look.

it would not surprise me if either the tesla cannon or some other shoulder fired energy weapon can be converted too fire huge plasma ball from it .

people are complaining about the assault rifle, but isn't that just the craftable one? Surely there's going to be a AK-47 type assault rifle available. either way mods will provide tons of weapons.

there better be some sort of flechette based weapon otherwise im gonna be slightly annoyed :I but ill probably get over it when I melt someones head off with that sick plasma sniper.
