All kinds of problems getting my game stable! : V

I'm on my 3rd clean install of Skyrim and again, after installing mods I start getting CTD. My first install I had random freezing, second install was CTD and again I'm getting CTD's.

This 3rd install I've left out the majority of texture mods and only included the content mods.

The first time this install started crashing it seemed to be because of the mod Locational Damage from what I could find so I simply deactivated that mod but now I'm getting a crash again and don't know the cause. Any help wouldbe appreciated because I've been having trouble each time I install mods even though I'm following the directions, installing via NMM and making sure the files all install correctly, running BOSS and cleaning with TESVEDIT.

Where did you install Steam to? (What folder?)

On my D drive which is a storage drive in the default (x86)Programs File/Steam

Try a different folder. I have had problems with mods and changing to a custom folder that is not the default worked wonders. My folder is in My Docs, for example

The default location creates problems and throws a fit with UAC.
