first of all sorry for my english.

Handy = mobile phone


The Problem:

I reset my handy and after this all my vaults just have disappeared.

I mean, it's okay for me if I have to start a new vault, but I did spent like 25 € for a FREE TO PLAY game and all my money is lost... ?


It's just sad for me... because it's like you took my money and tell me to go away.


Anyway, is there a possibility to get my Lunchboxes, my Vault or anything back ?


I don't like to start from 0 again, because i spent much money for a free to play game and hours of playing time.


It's also funny, because my google play account shows all the payments, but I have to start again from the begging.



And thanks to the Bethesda Support, i realy enjoy the Auto-Mails............



I would be happy about any answers, because I am just mad.

Request refund from google play. We are all screwed unless bethesda decides to update the game with a cloud save version.

Nice, so they took all my money for nothing.
