I was trying the all in one basemant. Did anyone try it? How compatible it is to those mods that overhaul the 'vanilla houses'?

Also, does anyone know which of these archives I should download? Only the one of 14 mb, or also the others?

If you use OMOD, download OMOD. The other two are the same, one is zipped, one 7zipped. 7z version is 10 times smaller

I use it for a long time without problems.

Worst thing that can happen if you have overhauled house is that the entrance to the basment (trapdoor) can be under some new furniture (I imagine). So if you find out that there is no trapdoor in a house, you'll have to uninstall a mod that overhauls that house, or mod it in CS I presume.
