IT'S ALL OVER... gave me medal and i never got 100%... : Crysis

I got a medal called IT'S ALL OVER... on crysis 2 multiplayer and it says I got it by getting 100% operative status but I'm not even close to that and I'm only level 6. Is the medal glitched or something?

A lot of the awards/medals are bugged.
