I bought an XBOX One specifically because I wanted to play Fallout 4. After playing for about 90 minutes I switched profiles and my son played for a few hours. Then we switched profiles back to my account. First, I was unable to launch. At the loading screen the game would freeze with a deep buzzing sound, then restart. I did a hard reset of the Xbox and was then able to launch, only to find that EVERY ONE of my save games is corrupt.
I logged a support issue and what I got back was an email with links to FAQs and a suggestion to read those (they were all links to problems with the PIP Boy...which I didn't have) and then to log a support issue if they didn't answer my question...of course that is what I did to begin with so it seems their support is a ridiculous circle that gets you nowhere.
