» Mon Jul 14, 2014 5:22 pm None of the standard saves, quick saves, or auto saves from my current character will load. Attempting to load any of these saves will result in a crash to desktop. I cannot determine any particular event that may have caused this (including mod installation and setting changes).

I do not understand what any of this means, so if anyone can determine a solution based on what it says, it would be greately appreciated.
Steps I have taken to try to resolve the problem
- verify integrity of game cache
- delete Skyrim.esm and Update.esm then verify integrity of game cache
- delete skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini and allow new ones to be generated
- check load order with LOOT via Mod Organizer (nothing wrong with load order)
- clean Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm, and Dragonborn.esm with TES5 Edit (they and all of my mods were already cleaned)
- run FNIS patcher (everything was already patched)
- disable all mods that would have to do with something in the area my saves were in
- disable everything besides Skyrim.esm, Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm, and Dragonborn.esm
- disable everything besides Skyrim.esm and Update.esm
- use Skyrim Save Cleaner on one my manual saves
- restarted computer
- used Razor Game Booster to defrag my Skyrim directory
- cried
I started a new character and the game seemed to load fine. However, I didn't exactly go very far or do much.
Any help with possibly recovering the saves of this character or at least advice on how to prevent something like this from happening in the future would be greately appreciated.
