Out of curiosity, were you on the main menu or in the game when this occurred?

I had the same thing happen to all my save data and on top of that now starting over the game wont even let me save. I have tried to contact Bethesda by email and just got an automated response from them that didn't even have anything to do with my problem. hope someone from there staff will see this post and help us with this problem.

xbox one games are stored in the cloud

if youre connected to the internet then they upload automatically.

they are not syncing correctly, thats why the game wont let you save now because the xbox knows somethings wrong and wont let you fubar any saves until it syncs correctly.

could me a microsoft server issue, but its more likely a hard reset job.

unplug your machine for 30seconds. restart from power settings isnt good enough.

thanks for the help problem is that I have done everything except reset back to manufacture settings

just wait it out until microsoft servers catch up

or try playing offline. (unplug from router)

for gods sake DONT DELETE LOCAL SAVES!!

some other user did that and then wondered after a while why his saves were gone. -.-
