All servers have disappeared

For three days, all servers either empty, or they didn't find. When looking for all of the servers are located only 3 empty server. And the servers that have recently played shows this:

This problem is relevant only for players from Russia? Is there some fix/solution to this problem?

Those servers you played this game few days back are most likely offline now. Search for new ones.

But how to find new servers if you search for them does nothing? No finds.
