Is there a character editor that gives you all 10's at the start for consoles? Would love to roleplay as Wasteland God.

Nope. You'll just have to level up the normal way until the whole "Xbox One modding" thing is launched.

Or just use the dog meat duplication exploit to get infinite You're Special books and jump all your stats to 10

Thanks for the heads up but once console mods launch, do you think it'll be easy for a character editor to be made? Or would it be difficult to do as a mod?

Maybe duplicating the SPECIAL book with Dogmeat still works... and than you can increase everything to 10 with that.

A mod that'll let you add perks, levels, etc. will be easy.

Yeah a mod that will let you add perks and change all your SPECIAL to 10 when you leave the vault, and level and other stats, that's what I meant. Was hoping it'd be easy to make, if they patch the Dogmeat duplication.
