All spells cost 1 Magicka, wut.

Ok, I was able to download alive waters into my game succesfully :)

But, it's way too much work for me to go rooting around and starting from scratch.. is there not a single way I can just change the cost of a spell? Through console command? Like "set [insert spell code, such as 0000f666] magicka cost to 20" or download a mod that automatically will override the current thing changing the MP cost to 1?


About the TES4Edit, is it just like alive waters, when it comes to download and install? In that case, I'll try that and see what causes the spells to be 1 MP :)
