I worked hard going through every post with an idea all the way back to the start of the forum. So please give these posters your thoughts on their ideas. I think they are the most viable and "easy" to implement into skyrim even this far in. Some of their post are a little long so don't be afraid to skim those.

(remake Morrowind as an expansion pack)
Problem with a modder doing it is that there won't be any voice over and if there is, they will probably very low quality. I would be willing to join a coalition of modders to rebuild Morrowind exactly like it was in Morrowind, quest line and all just with the new Skyrim systems. I really don't think most people would be happy with a mod that would make Morrowind as it is in the time period (destroyed) but I would always be willing to mod that too just for realism sake.

The wonderful thing about RPGs is that they are so rich and varied in things to do, that we as gamers, play them for different reasons.
When it came to Morrowind, one of the things I personally loved doing (and many others no doubt) was plundering. Remember that huge map you got with the game? I had that thing covered in circles with numbers, and then on the back I had another massive list of items I'd found in these areas corresponding to the number I had on the front. As useless as it may have been, I had a great time finding all the relics and other hidden things. I smashed up the Fighters Guild in Ald'Ruhn and made it my base camp. I had all my artifacts and other rare items on display.
My favourite find had to be the...
...And now to the point.
I was super excited for Oblivion. I had high hopes of a new paper map covered in black acetate pen. I won't deny, It was a good game. I spent alot of time in Cyrodiil. However, my favoured aspect of the previous game was gone. I plundered dungeons for months looking for hidden artifacts and other rare items the developers had stuffed away into little crevices. Alas, nothing.
Alright so there were some things...
...but most of it was quest rewards or included with DLC where the whole point was to obtain the relic. Elven daggers called " Witsplinter " don't count, I'm talking unique. I was anticipating my first discovery of a ruin/cave full of bandits geared up in super rare Glass Armour so I could come back at a later level, smash 'em up good, and take all their stuff. Nothing... why? "Something called Level Scaling" they said. Dissapointment. Remember in Morrowind there was only 2 full sets ( if that ) of Daedric armour? and remember where they hid the 2nd pauldron? Sneaky...
So to conclude with a few questions;
Did anyone else miss this?
Was there enough said about it to make an impact on Skyrim's development? I know there was alot of criticism about Level Scaling, but what about artifacts? and whole ruins dedicated to the placement of one rare item.

'Viking Burial' chamber. As if the boat wasn't awesome enough, if you spend a little more time looking around you'll find a unique helmet. Also, remember the daedric vault in Ibar dad? ...Epic.

Okay so Fallout: New Vegas added in reputation. But sometimes I felt that the reputation system was somewhat broken. For example you could be best friends with the Great Khans and the NCR didn't think any less of you. Yet somehow if you were working with Yes man then the NCR would suddenly detect this and hate you.
Or I could kill 50 innocent people but as long as they weren't part of the NCR it didn't matter. Also if you killed somebody, and nobody was around to see it, your reputation with the group would still be instantly effected.
So I don't know about the whole Reputation thing. I think it's interesting, but needs to be more fine-tuned if it's going to be implemented in Skyrim.
Although the game is likely too far along in production for anything to be done, but maybe not??
Edit: And please leave your thoughts below

So let's say you want to train, you should actually have to train against a dummy or have maybe a duel with the trainer (with weapons that don't do damage of course). So if you have a sword/blunt weapon, you would have to do a short sword or blunt weapon fight with the trainer. If you wanted to practice hand to hand, you would have to punch one of those wood things in oblivion (OUCH). For spells and the like you would have to cast it on your trainer, yourself or against a practice dummy. Things like acrobatics would require some jumping from platform to platform or athletics would require you to run a short distance. Sneak you would have to sneak by your trainer or pickpocket him and for security you would have to pick a lock. as A Marksman you would have to take target practising. The more you train the longer, more difficult or more numerous you do each of these activities.

One issue i always had with TES3 and 4 was the lack of gear for magic casters. Sure we had rings and robes, but everyone could use rings and robes. They added staffs in 4, but it wasn't gear so much as a rocket launcher in stick form. What I would like to see (though obviously they're pretty far into development, no need to remind.) would be staffs that act less like batteries for spells, and more like amplifiers, and modifiers. Such as a staff could increase all fire attacks by 20%, or all alteration spells require half casting time/magicka.
these are just pretty basic examples, with plenty of room for staffs that do just give spells, or more complex effects, but i think it would flesh out magic casting more. Input?
