Hi.I am myself a pc player.
since the demo it seems like every single information about crysis for the PC has been negative,No dedi server files,6v6,NO power struggle and such.
Things that would not bother you guys since you never had it before.

Now i am wondering, how do you feel about the game ?

If I were to review the game I'd give it a 9.0........everything about the single player is near perfection (sure sure a few glitchy physics here or there, but doesn't really detract). The music is top notch and controls are good.

The only real complaint I have is MP issues which is why I'm giving it a 9.......it's a love hate sort of relationship that will culminate probably with love (if history repeats itself with MP Snafus and the fixes that come eventually) than this game would be perfect.

i never played the original but i am loving this crysis 2 so far. It's like a combonation of COD and halo yet it's still feels like it is it's own animal. i have not had any of the problems others have complained about ecxept for a moderate connection in multiplayer yet i have not noticed any lag or any other problems when this occurs probably since everyone else has the same problem i would assume it balances out. fun fun game and i agree with the metacritic score of 87 out of 100.
my only gripe is i dont know anyone playing the game so i play solo anybody wants to run hit me up GT overkill211 im not very good but i have fun when i play thats all that matters to me.

I personally love this game...... So much crap been put out the last couple years its refreshing to get a game with some thought put in to it. There is some lag problems (every p2p game has issues), and there could be more weapons. Those are only complaints if someone said you have to give a negative. They really dont bother me. Thumbs up from me.

Funny when i first read the title to this thread i thought you were going to be flaming us

I will follow suit... I'm loving the game. It's a refreshing change pace and gameplay from what's been the norm.

Now, I could see PC players being highly upset if they're missing features that were in the first. I guess I would feel cheated if I ended up with less in a sequel. Did PC get any other features that consoles didn't, besides better grapics of course? On the flip side, I can understand why Crytek would choose to build towards the consoles. It's where the money is for them. Now, if Crysis 2 pulls in a decent profit. Hopefully 3 will be that much better! Maybe they'll even build an expanded version for the PC. I'm really surprised about the 6v6 on PC. I don't see any reason why PC shouldn't be running at least 12v12. Maps are definitely big enough to accomodate bigger parties!

Storyline is very bland and generic in single player and I personally have experienced several graphical bugs. (Bluring that stays long after being hit, complete bluing/purpling of the game screen causing me to restart check point, etc.) The suit is a neat feature but it doesn't overcome the feel of been there done that. I'd give the single player an 7.5

MP is in need of some patch work and dedicated servers would have been awesome but it's better than the single player 8.5 on it.

Overall 8.0 IMO

I am really enjoying this games MP component. I have yet to start the Campaign but I will play the Campaign this weekend when I actually have time to finish it in a couple sittings.

I can see the similarities it has in gameplay with other popular FPSs like Halo and COD but to me I like this game so much better than COD for sure. The fusion of these two gameplay styles really is awesome. Great job Crytek!!

My only wish was that there was a Map Editor/Creator. I am sure there is one for the PC game but for now I will stick with the Xbox version.

MP gets a 9 / 10 from me.

I have not been able to play much, i work 12 hr night shifts. But the time i have spent with the game has been pretty enjoyable. I just have to get used to the MP, trying to run around like its call of duty is not working out for me. As far as the connections go, its not been a big problem for me. This game is pretty epic, and I would have to give it a 9/10.

Easily a 9.0+. A great game, graphics, sound, everything seems amazing. It feels like halo with call of duty controls but is different from anything before it. Definately a good game and I am surprised that it has "EA" on it.

Coming off of 3 complete playthroughs of Bulletstorm, I must say that I feel a little like I'm now taking a much needed vacation in NYC . . . Crysis is not near as fever pitched, but I just love Crysis's Sci-tek-atmosphere just like I loved the Half-Life games. . .
Speaking from having played Crysis1 on a great PC a couple of years ago, I think Crysis2 it's a very good debut for Crysis on the XB360. Graphics looks plenty good enough and my framerate has been flawless. Guns feel good. The story is a little draggy-along but that may be due to the amount of constant stealth/invisibility you have to deal with before-during-and after firefights. . .also the waypoints are confusing at times which can cause unnecessary dying and running in circles at times to find them.
Most likely with more familiarity, like on my second and subsequent playthroughs, it will be a better pace of kicking-ass and taking names. . . but it's fun enough that I know I'll play through it 2 or 3 times at least.

BTW that's all about the SP campaign. I don't play MP much so I can't really comment on that.
