Alpha Forum access not arrived : Crysis

I'm still waiting it, I sent my Origin ID, a-key and e-mail yesterday.
Nothing happened.

i have sent 2 messages and no response. this is since yesterday morning about 24 hours before now. the messages are in my outbox but not sent items folder, is this a problem i cant make them appear in sent so it makes me think they arent really sent.

i really need access too as i canto play in any matches and want to find out if there is a way to fix the issue im having
