Already crashing

About four hours of playtime. I went to enter an interior zone, and Fallout 3 CTD'd. I've had about an hour of playtime since and haven't had another CTD, but I'm wondering if it's a mod that caused it, maybe the autosave feature, or just something I'll have to get used to.

If you've had one crash in 5 hours of gameplay, you're doing fine. Nothing there to troubleshoot.

I wish I could get 5 hours without a crash...

also if you encounter a crash on save it's easy fix that everyone over reacts and never try...

when you first load game after a start up... immediately load again... now you can save... if you try to save before loading it'll crash (autosave/quicksave) It may or may not happen to you but if it does don't panick...

if you autosave get in a habit of loading the quicksave you had just done right after so hit f5 then f9.... and your good...

or use CASM mod... which uses a script to hard save a set number of saves to avoid constantly overwriting saves and having back ups... the auto save feature of casm has saved me many hours of lost gameplay... i tell you that :)
