lol you obviously know nothing about this games development. Bethesda handles all quality testing.

Even if Bethesda tested it, Obsidian still designed and created it. It seems they can't even create a patch without the patch needing to be patched itself. It's been one major screw up after another on NV from day one. Probably the most bugged/glitchy major game release ever. It's no coincidence that there's an increase in screw-ups from FO3 to FNV.

If I test it, and it was fixed, I won't be able to do it again, because the bug was added to the PS3 via a patch, and wasn't part of the original data. I would only be able to download the newest patch, which gets rid of the exploit.

I can confirm what the OP has said, the patch does indeed raise the level cap on the PS3. I just finished downloading it, walked out of my house at Novac and shot the first person I saw and gained +22 XP.

Bethesda are just the publishers. Design, build and testing are all Obsidian's responsibility.

Looks like it's time to delay the DLC again until this PS3 XP issue is worked out. I wonder if the Xbox 360 patch will have the same issue? :shakehead: Rage wasn't delayed again was it?

Well. I could've made everything 80 and with the skill books it would of been a hundred but I haven't left(and won't leave) good springs til the new dlcs come out.but yes I could get everything to 100 (my intelligence is only 6 by the way)

I'd rather level up with the DLC's like we're suppose to. So I would consider it a glitch, and it needs to be fixed before OWB comes out, or before they figure out they can delay OWB again because of this, especially if the issue also happens on Xbox.
