Is it alright to use the vampire alternate start with BV installed? I heard there were problems with the two

I noticed I still move up in ranks.. I have a mod that suppose to clean my skin & remove the ugly face but I still get dirty if I use betters vamps to turn me into a vampire..

I have clean skin when I become a vampire from alternate start..

any idea what to do here?

Also predator vision seems to have problems on start up..

It just gives me vampire sight that won't work when turning on..

Might have problems when starting a new game..
