Anyone seen this? My alteration is 29, and maxed (as in one more spell should push it over), but it never advances to 30. Even when I try to train in kynesgrove with that female elf, she takes my money, and after fiver purchases it won't take anymore, but the level never goes up.

Open the console by hitting (~) and write: IncPCS alteration

What happens ???
