My alteration is at 100 and I'm doing the quest for Tolfdir for the master alteration spells. The quest objectives was bringing

to Tolfdir, but I went back to him I don't get the appropriate dialogue, which means I cannot purchase the master alteration spells. is this common bug, because I can't find any info about this on the wiki page.

Did you scroll down the dialogue options? I sometimes forget about it, and the UI has nothing to indicate that there are more dialogue options than it can show at one time.

I did. Nothing.

How far along are you in CoW?

Also, you don't have the quest right? Go searching in any of the Dragon Priest dungeons. The boss chest should give you the dagger needed. Then kill a dragon to get the scales. The dialogue might come up

Yes, you need to actually use the dagger on s dead dragon...

To elaborate further, equip Kavohzein's Fang and search a dead dragon. That should give you Heart Scales, not regular dragon scales.

I already have the dagger and i have the scales, that is not the issue, guys.
