alternate underwear mods?

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 11:06 am

Hey, Does anyone know where to find mods that change the model/texture of underwear? Preferably at least one that removes the T-shirt from males when not wearing apparel or armor?

I've been using the Tailor Maid mod, but even though I have the super-mutant belt (looks like loincloth/barbarian bottoms) I still have the gray tshirt on my character when I just want the ammo belts and shoulder armor, etc on him.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I use "Naked and Topless Underwear Models" by Colourless. I can't link to it due to forum rules but if you go to http://www.fallout3nexus.com and search for it by name or author you'll find it. It's the vanilla body mesh but the paths are the same so no GECK-work needed, just extract to Data.

I searched for that exact line but can't find an entry, not even when i only search for 2 of the words there like "naked topless". There is a user there called Colourless but he/she has only 1 (unrelated) uploaded mod.

Breeze male body has an underwear option, basically you get boxers and a much better body. Type 3 also has an underwear version up on New Vegas Nexus.

Is there any big incompability with armor mods? I am using majority of clothes and stuff that uses the Default mesh. :(

@Smert
Skin showing armor mods have to be adjusted to the new texture. The UV-map has to be changed (not a big deal if the modder has a bit experience).

For all vanilla armors are patches included.

Non skin showing armors are fully compatible.

It has, simply searching for "Type 3" on NVNexus will bring it up on the front page last time I checked.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Really though I'm just looking for something that removes the underwear Tshirt from male characters. One of my characters uses the super mutant belt from the tailor maid NV mod, and it would look far better if he had his chest exposed instead of a grey shirt, heh.

Anything out there that does that?

As previously stated, Breeze's male body replacer can do that

If you don't want to mess with armor 'fixes' for Breeze's body, get 1.3 old version of it from fallout3nexus.

Additionally (again), the male version of Topless Underwear Models by Colourless will do that if you want to stick with the vanilla body.

I tried searching the name and for colourless on nexus but could not find either. Thanks though.

Search Fallout 3 Nexus for "Topless" and you should see it. You will need to be logged in, and you will need to be able to see advlt content because it includes topless female models too. It's usable in Fallout: New Vegas, and you don't need to use anything but the upperbody.nif file, in the appropriate place in your game folder, for the topless male appearance. This is otherwise a stock mesh.
