Alternative to MGE

Are there any Alternatives to MGE? I used it in order to use vurt's groundcover. MGE doesn't seem to do much on its own.

So shaders and distant land aren't much to you? Plausible but the only thing like MGE is the other, MGEXE AFAIK.

If you say it doesn't do much on its own you're probably doing something wrong. The distant land, shaders and water make a huge difference when configured right.

But yeah, http://morrowind.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41102 is basically an updated and improved version of MGE so go check that out. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/imageshare/images/57416-1312738048.jpeg....

You can try ENB if you'd like. If I remember rightly you'll get SSAO, HDR, Bloom, Palette Shaders.

If MGE doesn't do much for him, he'll probably laugh at this post. ;)

I suggest writing a new DirectX 11 engine from scratch with custom shaders.

There's FPS Optimiser too, extends view distance a little way but nowhere near as far as MGE (or MGE XE) can

I like me a good palette shader though :D

It would probably help if the OP gave an idea of what they're looking for. *hint* *hint*

Sure, you can use both though. But he said MGE doesn't do "much", so I'm not sure if he's looking for graphic enchancing program or Morrowind landmass mod for Skyrim, that would do much I suppose. :P
