After years of listening to the "seagull" cry of Morrowind rats, I finally decided to fix it! Seriously, it sounds like a seagull, and is way too loud and reverberant. When there is a rat or mouse about, what you should hear is high-pitched squeaking.

Behold the grandest mod of them all - the Alternative Rat Sound!
