Hello.

I trying to make total conversion in Fallout 3. I making a full metro of Washington like Metro 2033. But i making first station in interior. I have just a one question. It's possible to make it in exterior? I just need to turn off a day/night cycle and make underground always night without moon shadows and light. I waiting for any respond.
