Has any one actually played the game and enjoyed it? cause seriously, this is such a good game!

People are happy to take the time to complain but I never see any one take the time to say something positive in most forums.

The bugs admittedly are frustrating and need dealing with but other than that the game is so much fun, and a nice break from the average fps.


What did you guys like about the game?

Personally I **** loved the Single player! The story is pretty strong and the game play feels exactly how it should. The fact that I get to choose how to approach the mission, either guns blazing or fully stealth just made it all that much better.

Its easy to say you didn't like anything it had to many bugs blah blah. Change the subject I dare you!

The campaign was must have been infused with pure essence of epic. Seriously, I cannot get enough of the campaign.

Multiplayer is nice, too. Sure, I don't have my LE stuff yet, but so far I'm enjoying playing online ^_^

Haha, same. It just keeps going, its a lot longer than I expected, it makes a change, and I do intend to do it all over again when I complete it. Just because there is so many ways to complete one mission.

The game has paid for its self in my opinion, can't wait for them to fix the multi-player so I can try that out.

I really think so as well. But I cant start playing the single player because of the Catalyst Bug

I posted some topics about the issues. But everyone do is complain. Why they create a new thread instead of searching on the FAQs or someone else's post.
The game is just out few weeks ago. Why they don't wait for the patch.
I remember the time when I had problems with black ops when just released. But it's all good now.

Yeah, i am loving it. It is a bit buggy in places making for a bit of frustration. the amount of times i have died through failed melee, stealth kill or grabs. I am sure these things will be fixed in a larger patch to iron things out. The Nanosuit is still very cool and i am enjoying the story.

I'll have to take your word on the Multiplayer.

Cause' I can't even get on.

People have a tendency to complain about stuff when there is a good reason too, ie spending 60 dollars and not getting something that was promised to them. You seem to disregard the part where most of them including myself say they actually enjoyed the game as a whole, despite it's many problems.




SP was ok, but I don't think it approaches Crysis 1 or Warhead in terms of gameplay or story. For instance, it takes an entire level just to unlock the suit modes, whereas in the first Crysis you get them within the first 5 seconds of gameplay.

For some reason the Ceph look different, why? I liked the floating rascals for what they were, squidlike, alien and floating, not bipedal gun slinging anthromorphs that don't float. Have you played the first Crysis or Warhead?

C2 was amazing yes, but it really doesn't compare to t he earlier installments.

Haha, I know the failed melee feeling, that right pissed me off, I managed a whole mission in steal with out alerting them using stealth kills and silenced head shots, I was practically on my objective when it failed and I got caught right in front of the guy on the mg. Gutted!

Yeah I have, Warhead was way to short. I really enjoyed the firs though and I can see where your coming from. I guess that all personal preference though.

I'm enjoying the game, single player and multiplayer (when its been working) I'm sure all the bugs will get patched soon. the story..its abit disjointed you seem to jump from objective to objective with little or no explanation as to why . still not finished it yet maybe it will all make sense later

Yeah its amazing if you havent played crysis or warhead. The story is filled with massive plot holes and the gameplay is so restricted now I feel like I'm playing Doom 1 compared to the first crysis. But hey, if its good enough for you then whatever.

i'll admit I do like the freedom of the first game but C2 isn't a terrible game

SP games nowadays need lot more resources than even the best of the best gaming rigs can handle(look at Dragon Age 2 RPG).

For MP you need both processing & graphics power plus firewall issues, upload/download, ping, location of servers, etc etc

the campain was pretty nice, but without a spoiler the ending was pretty crappy.... c3 inc -.- i wont buy it if they fail to fix this broken pice of **** =) (lots of bugs in campain tooo ! GO MOVE GO bug etc.)

Yeah I guess as this game is the next part of the story naturally you would compare them both. I think the overwhelming response they had from the community on the first game was that it was way to slow, ( personally I think that's down to how people played it ) but they must have tackled it by making it much more linear.
