So what your saying is dragons and St. Jiub are evil, and Cliff Racers are good, right?
So then, the cliff racers recently fled Vvardenfell (because of St. Jiub). Then shouldn't it be Vvardenfell that is in trouble from the dragons, not Skyrim, because their (Vvardenfell's) ancient protectors have fled? and then we'd have another game set in Vvardenfell, which wouldn't be so bad except that there has already been one set there.
Or maybe St. Jiub is good. Realising that the cliff racers were the one thing that could protect Skyrim from the dragons, he chased them away from Vvardenfell and into Skyrim, where the dragons have apparently fled to. The dragons then find their old enemy in the place where all they thought was opposing them was mere humans (and elves and 'others' but yer anyway).
And once again another or: St. Jiub drove the cliff racers out, they went to Skyrim and met their old enemy - the dragons. War broke out between the two. Who's good and who's evil though (from human perspective)? St. Jiub knew this and knew that there would be destruction on Skyrim from this, so he is evil. But how are the cliff racers good, they were DRIVEN out remember, they didn't want to go to Skyrim to fight the dragons, if they did, then Jiub would have been good? Innocent perhaps, but good? no.
Your theory as far as goodies and baddies cannot fit into the game been set in Skyrim. Either change who is good and bad, or it would have to be set in Morrowind again, and that doesn't make sense with the title been TES V: Skyrim now does it.
