They were probably talking about the weather effects, and environment stuff. From what I've heard the weather is not really all that dynamic.

They were specifically talking about the dynamic snow :smile:

so the guards no longer have homing devices they use to track us with? I remember it being impossible to escape guards in the Imperial City without leaving it altogether and then riding on horseback for a whole five minutes.
