I pre-ordered Fallout 4 for PS4 and the hardcover strategy guide, and the total came to forty-some dollars after "Special Savings" (I assumed because im an amazon prime member.) Now those special savings are gone. I'm in the process of talking with amazon, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I'd like to know just because I really have no proof of this other than memory.

Eh I was only aware of a $10 savings with the game if you are a prime member.
