Does anyone know if its still going on?

It looks like it's active to me. Although I've also heard people saying it's only for PC, but that sounds wrong. It does say you'll get the pack with any version, just look at the top section of the page, under pre-order information.

By the way, Direct2Drive (PC only) is currently having a 25% off sale, and they have the Psycho pack as well. Just thought I'd let you know.

It should definitely still be going on. The page said they'd email me the code for the bonuses after the game ships.
