Ambient sound effects patchDLC?

Why TES could really benefit from is ambient sounds when out in the world... like howling wolfs and men in battle. MW had a mod like this and made the game incredibly immersive. FNV had it to some degree with the gunshots you could hear in the distance. It would be cool to patch in but I know they wont.

Wolves could howl, but 1.9 messed that up I believe.

Im not talking about on-screen wolves howling. I mean howls coming from the distance for atmosphere.

Well, if you're on PC, you could give http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43773/? a try -make sure you grab whatever compatibility patches you may need, from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44541/?. It doesn't add distant howls, but it definitely enhances the game's acoustic atmosphere.

Another mod is the Sounds of Skyrim - The Wilds.

My mistake. I knew it was either 1.9 or Dawnguard.
