Ambitious idea

This is a project that is rather hard to imagine happeneing, But What I propose is a mod that makes it to where every single NPC in the game has a different voice from a different voice actor. No two NPCs have the same voice actor, every single one is played by a different person. They sign up and pic an NPC that hasn't been voiced yet that they feel they can cover, and eventually every NPC will sound like a different, and unique person bolstering the immersive experience of the game.

The dialoge is already written. Heck some improvements to some of the ridiculous lines skyrim has can probably even be changed slightly.

I feel If such mod were to be made, it's essentialility would be on par with SkyUI in my opinion. it would make adding New custom voiced NPC's as well as the experience of the game itself far more immersive.

what do you all think about this?

I think you could take a look at this mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8429
Interesting NPC doesn't change much of the vanilla characters, but adds a bunch so you get variety.

Also you could manipulate the vanilla voice files in a fx program to bring about some subtle changes.

Cheers!

I would consider it a win if just 1 non-unique voice was made unique. Start small and see where things go. From what I can tell though getting good voice actors is easier said than done. I would love to help but I have a non-professional microphone that connects via bluetooth and I would probably not have a voice that would fit in the game anyhow. Perhaps I'll look into this though as I have been told I have a "radio" voice - but that doesn't mean it would fit Skyrim.
