The only reason it failed was because of the war with the Brotherhood. It would have been silly to ally with the Brotherhood in a major alliance only to attack them next year.

Aldin, would gold bars be acceptable? I'm not sure what you're looking for in exchange for the technology.

January: Khan soldiers start to terrorize Legion borders. Little Khan places a female general named Martha, is placed in charge of the Khan invasion forces, mostly to spite the Legion. The first major battle of the war is fought between the Khans and Legion. The Legion suffers heavy casualties and are forced to retreat to Denver. The Khans invade Denver, but are repulsed by Legion forces.

February: Khan forces regroup and head back to Denver. The Khan's slowly drive the Legion south through a series of bloody skirmishes and battles. The Khan Empire finally drives the Legion out of Denver. A small force under control of the “Hero of the Great Salt Lake” chases retreating Legion soldiers down Highway 25.

March: Khan forces fight the Legion at Colorado Springs. Despite inflicting heavy casualties upon the Legion, the Khans are defeated. The Hero and 20 other Khan soldiers escape. Khan forces in Denver are invaded by the Legion. The Khans are pushed out of Denver

but inflict heavy casualties upon the invading Legion forces.

April: The Khans and the Legion battle in the city of Boulder near Denver. The Legion is defeated and retreats back to Denver. Khan forces launch a counterattack against the remaining Legion forces at Denver. After arming a large number of slaves, The Hero leads an attack on a Legion fortress in the former town of Pueblo. The attack is a success and he leads his army toward Denver to reinforce the remaining Khan soldiers there.

May: Legion soldiers within Colorado Springs are slaughtered. Survivors are crucified by the Khan army. The Hero leads his army into Denver and destroy the remaining Legion troops there. The Khan Empire establishes control of all Legion territory within the former state of Colorado.

June: The Khan invasion force prepares to invade New Mexico. Martha and the “Hero of the Great Salt Lake” are hailed as heroes in the Khan Empire and a monument to them will be built in Denver after the Legion is finally defeated.

July: The Khans invade the Legion in New Mexico. A large force of Khan's tries to outflank the Legion by heading through Los Alamos. Due to the extreme amount of radioactivity of those lands, they all die.

August: The Khan Empire finally destroys the Legion. Many slaves join the armies of the Khan Empire. The remnants of the Legion escape into the wilderness and form into bands of raiders that will continue to terrorize the Khans for many years.

September: The last Caesar and his officers are taken to the capitol of the Khan Empire and crucified. The Khan forces are informed by the locals of New Mexico, that there are hidden stashes of Legion gold all over the former Legion territory.

October: Little Khans treasury is filled with Legion silver and gold. He sends expedition teams all over the former Legion lands to find more.

November: Legion silver and gold continues to be added to the Empire's treasury. Hundred of Khan soldiers are killed by a Legion Terrorist group known as, the Bull's Legion.

December: Retaliation against the Bull's Legion takes place. Many of their supporters within civilised areas are rounded up and executed.

Like I said before, I'm not sure either. I can't think of anything that Vancouver has that the Enclave would want to be honest. Gold probably won't work though, as there isn't really a need for it.

Hehe, I have a feeling the NCR and the Enclave are not going to get along well if this whole "techno-progressivism" concept shows up in conversations between them much :P It'll rub Steele the wrong way to put it very mildly.

I have a feeling Maxwell won't like it much either. With the superiority complex and all.

True since you are all American red white and blue. :P NCR is really not that all socialist except this concept and a few other socialist idea. NCR would be considered Republican IRL. Free Trade, Liberty, etc. Though after all, Hsu is a member of the New Liberals which emphasizes on the goverment helping the people while the Bear Party (Republicans) is much like what I said up top and is the ruling controlling the Senate. The Liberals are considered more as moderates. Should have mentioned this on my OP post as I have a lot of political stuff planned in the future and Iam curious to see how America and the MWBOS reacts. :P

The only thing the Midwest would pay any attention to is a government trying to introduce the idea of advanced tech being given away willy-nilly to its citizens and that idea would be met with a very displeased frown.

That's probably going to have a lot to due with it yes. For Steele though, it's more about he doesn't exactly care to improve the wastes for the common man, just for the US and her allies. He's not much of a humanitarian if everyone hasn't noticed :P Guess that's the Chancellor coming out in him. Steele's sort of a younger, more evil version of him, though doesn't show it a lot.

I wouldn't expect any reaction at all from the US if I were you, not unless it happens to come up in a conversation with Steele directly, and even then it'd only be his views. Like I said in my FS, there isn't a party system in America anymore. The only party there is in America, is... America :P So it's not likely that anyone in the US will care.

But yeah, the only way your getting a response from the US is if you happen to bring it up in a conversation, which Steele will be more than happy to "argue" his point :P.

The Black Eagle? That's an interesting name :P It would be fun to write I'm sure, though if it did turn into an argument, you can bet Steele won't be a happy camper.

I like to refer to the ENclave as the Black Eagle. Inspired by how there APA is all dark. ;)

I agree. Then I would see in your timeline the United States labeling the NCR as socialists. But hey at least NCR are not Commies. ;) :P

Ah. I see where that comes from now.

Well, it probably wouldn't go that far, as it simply wouldn't be important to the US. You would however be labeled as a hippy and Steele would proceed to laugh at you hysterically and walk away as if you were joking :P
