No need to fight guys, Padawan agreed that it wasn't really feasible so its already done.

In other news: Vancouver thread is up. So post flashbacks and whatever the hell else we need to. I'd wait for delegates to arrive though.

No problem, it's fine.

I simply argued for it, to talk about it and just put it out there. Nothing else, just a little debating.

Edit: Dang it, the thread's up as I go to head off. Eh, I'll post tomorrow.

I was going to include a flashback of a military parade or something or even have one as the delegates arrive, but I just ain't feelin' it. So that's my meager introduction to Vancouver.

Could always post one later. I know I'd read it.

Also, he's my proposal for Vancouver island:

Vancouver has the lions share, as I think it should, so is that acceptable?

Edit: whoops, need to ease the Brotherhood name. Will do that later.

New California Republic: 2293

January:

President Hsu meeting with Madre and the Khans unite together for joint attack on their enemy, the Legion. The Madre and Khans begins harassing Legion borders and the NCR Military starts to mobilize.

SFG-S operators in teams of 2 are dropped in night in Legion territory. They start unconventional warfare by sabotaging infrastructure ambushing Legion patrols. Assassination of key Legion generals incites fear among recruit Legionaries of dark soldiers with a mask shrouding them.

NCR builds a railway through the Khans connecting to the Midwest. (Me and Tiber did deal through PM)

Armax begins to produce Stealth Suits MK2 from Vegas.

February:

WAR! Madre, Khans, and Californians go to war against their enemy, the Legion. The Khans attack from the South and NCR and Madrans battle out against the Legion. The Khans take Denver. Madre cuts off Legion from the sea. A detachment of Vegas soldiers assist in the war

Legions slaves’ and citizens revolt for a chance of freedom.

The New California Air force starts to rake up kills on the Legion. F-86 Sabre and A-12 Invaders provide ground support while B-26 bomb heavily fortified Legion defenses.

The Hand to hand combat training of NCR troopers gives a fighting balance of NCR troopers in close combat against Legionaries.

March:

War begins up North. NCR citizens are indifferent to the war but the Hsu’s cabinet and other high ranking officials are angered Vegas did not warn them of the attack on the BOS.

War continues favorably for the Fearsome (Threesome) Foursome…

April:

Project Set continues…

May:

The very first SFG-S recruits graduate. They are sent off to fight against the Legion.

Armax Arms (AA) starts a project by request from the military. It is dubbed Project 93, based on the current year. The project is started in ADB – 2 (Armax Design Bureau 2).

June:

Legion citizens and slaves retreat to lands of the Khans, Madre and to advancing NCR military. Legion soldiers and citizens also start defect to the NCR, Madre, and Khans and supporting them. Many of them secretly harbored grudges against the Legion and wanted freedom.

Alaska gives the NCR C.A.R’s (Chinese Assault Rifles) in exchange that the NCR produce nuclear aircraft engines.

July:

NCR High officials go into shock of the defeat of the BOS. The NCR who, remained neutral to Columbia, during the Vegas assembly feels very cautious of Vancouver taking the land that separates them. Oregon Region is bolstered with New California National Guardsman and defenses. NCR Congress proposes annexing the Northlands though doing so after the BOS War would raise the Columbians caution of the NCR, feared by Hsu. The NCR citizens in this feels indifferent though a few NCR citizens feel caution that now the Columbians are close to Californians lands.

August:

Rutger-Harris believes all of the NCR population will own at least a car possibly by 2300. Cars continue to be bought from high class NCR citizens

September:

War continues favorably.

Library of California begins to piece together Brotherhood history. The L.O.C is doing this because the Brotherhood was an integral part of post war-Californian history. They try to piece together Brotherhood history getting war history against the NCR down and general elements of BOS history and society though BOS history need work…

October:

NCR receives its C.A.R.’s and its Heavy Armored Corps troops in reserve receive Power Armor training.

Legion forces are broken and it is considered an unofficial victory. Though the surviving remnants have retreated and will take a month to defeat them.

November:

The last of the Legion forces are defeated. L-Day becomes a national celebration of the defeat of the Legion. Not only that, the war gives combat experience to the New California Army, and Airforce.

The effect of the Legion war has given former Legion slaves, citizens, and Legionaries and new life in the 4 nations of the West. The Khans, Madre, NCR and Vegas manage to get an equal amount of the former Legion’s population. They also gain huge stockpiles of conventional weaponry from dead Legion forces. But most of all the Madre and the Khans gain land expanding the 2 small nations into a powerful presence…

December:

With the support of the NCR, former Legion slaves, citizens, Legionaries who wanted freedom, move down South to the coast to create the territory of Novaroma or New Rome on Christmas Day. What is unique about the territory is that the dominant language is Latin. Settler from the NCR, mainly from the Baja region move into Novaroma but feel alienated due to the dominant Latin Language. NCR settlers whose dominant language is English and Spanish request a partition of the Novaroma territory. On January 1, the request is given to partition the Novaroma territory. In the middle lies Novaroma, West of Novaroma is Tonatiuh made up of Spanish speaking Californians, and to the East of Novaroma is the state of New Westin from English speaking settlers.

SSMK2 are In low quantities, for now.

No please kick things off if you wish. I was going to do a intro post, but I have a bit of a wirters block going on.

@ Andro, that looks good I guess. I'm thinking the same open border joint policy will apply to the lands on the Island as they apply to Seattle and such?

Alrighty, just checking. In that case I suppose I'll get to work on it.

Edit* you know, I actually forgot something really important. What's the status of the FEV virus the Enclave had? Are we going with they have it, have it in limited quantities, didn't have it, or it's incomplete? Personally I'd like to have it if only for the fact it sort of bolsters my smaller military force.

I imagine you can go with what I did last convention, which is to say that had it, but it functioned more like a chemical weapon that they could use on occasion rather than a world-wide calamity.

I don't see why not, so sure. My entire purpose with my territories up there are to function as trade centers for shipping and the like, so as long as that isn't interfered with, it doesn't really matter.

well here it is

Month 1: The Grandadmiral, the Captain and the General return to Houston, the rebuilding of Houston continues planned to be completed in 5 years.

Month 2: The Grandadmiral sends a group of small ships up the Rio Grande to keep the border secure, the majority of the fleet continues to guard the Gulf. The Legion gets attacked by the Sierra Madre, the Khan Empire and the New California Republic.

Month 3: Engineers from The Enclave arrive to assist in the building of Houston, construction proceeds slightly ahead of schedule. The construction of the TMS Jameson continues on schedule to be completed 9 years from now.

Month 4: The neighboring nation known as the Legion is still fighting the war against the three aggressing nations. The Empire attempts to get support from nations it is already in trade and military agreements with.

Month 5: The military Project known as "Project Freelancer" is started. Grandadmiral Alecs Jameson orders every division to the western border of the Empire to be ready for an attack from any of the aggressing nations.

Month 6: Jameson continues to watch the three nations intently, wainting for one of them to attack.

Month 7: The New California Republic moves men to it's northern border, Jameson continues to attempt to gain support from it's allies, to no avail.

Month 8: Jane Carter requests to return to the captain of the TMS Houston, the flagship of the Texas fleet, Jameson grants her request and she is replaced by another captain, Captain Andrea Allemagne replaces her.

Month 9: The Empire still has not recieved word from allies on whether they will support Texas. Business as usual.

Month 10: Business as usual.

Month 11: The Legion is defeated. The only thing standing between Texas and the aggressors is a small strip of land. Jameson orders the Army and Air Force to operate in Joint Operations with the Navy forces and the Protectors forces to guard the border.

Month 12: The New California Republic sets up a colony on the other side of the Gulf of California. Jameson is infuriated with the NCR for neglecting to notify any of the nearby nations of the act and is tired of their ignorance of nations besides their own and their arrogance.

Mutant hatred, as cold as this sounds, is nothing new in the Fallout Universe. I'd reckon most nations, deal with their mutant problems on the daily. I'm more concerned with the Texan's being ultra pissed off at the NCR.

I would see Texas in caution of NCR/MADRE/Khans, obviously just like the NCR with Vancouver.

And Han, I never said anything about the NCR moving near to it's Northern Border or whatever it means.

And the whole new territory set up is would be public. NCR Radio's would broadcast this and would reach the the nations of the West Coast.
