The NCR doesn't have weapons of Mass Destruction, and that's where you HQ is.

Anyway, We should all stand down, one super-weapon per faction, the US scraps it's space station you already have your particle cannon.

The R.O.A at the moment seems to be using sticks and stones in comparison, all I have is a really big suit of armour.

The NCR has the only nuclear capability, W0NDERW0MBAT is now I propose the overseer faction, able to keep all other factions down a notch.

CL can have its two weapns, HOWEVER, They will be unreliable, a two sided dagger if you will.

every other faction may have ONE weapon that is reliable, CL's backfire every so often and thus, are inconsistent and together can count as one.

Those are my terms.

Then I suggested it should be in Shady Sands

Did you read the terms of the Ordinium Pact? Its a strictly non-aggressive, purely defensive, alliance. Its not even official, its a secret one. :wink:

Ahhhhh, it's Ordinem not Ordinium (just check my sig). Does anyone else feel like a scolded dog because a Mod said we get off topic to much (which is true).

You can change from the mobile interface to the normal one on your phone.

Yes but it freezes my phone up, ive tried multiple times before, my phone just can't handle it.

Well this 1 year later thing is a total hammer to a vase (the vase is my plan) I had a whole plan and now I can't do it unless bosmight can we do a pre convention thing like just you and me?
