Sorry about our little falling out bosmight just wanted a cool way for Kilroy to be back.

Why would I waste supplies and slaves on rebuilding when I have four states worth of cities that I could restore much more easily? Many of the cities were larger anyway. It would be like building a city from nothing, it would take years upon years, even with the massive amount of free labor.

I'm not sure how the USA rebuilt a city that fast but I won't argue, it dosnt really matter much.
