Counting vassals that sounds fair Bosmight. Though I think with the average of 3+ children each the Legion would be bigger than the NCR.

You also forgot that Outer Heaven can breed people and modify there genes. Though, we wont actually want to do a large scale breeding program due to overpopulation.

Well, IF we have to do that, I'd say at least give us 1.5 to 2 million. As it stands we are one of the least populated factions, and that doesn't make much sense. We have the land and resources to support that many. I don't think that would be unrealistic.

But like I told you in my message, the whole exact numbers thing is bad in my book.

Since your the GM, I figure I may as well voice my concerns. I think we need to do away totally with the exact numbers and such. It needlessly complicates things IMO. And it could lead to some problems. Like the UNSR for example. Objectivist seems to think that with his breeding programs, he's gonna out do everyone in population. If we didn't have exact numbers, it'd be easy to counter that. Just a concern I had.

Of course we never did before. But then again, the American Empire used to be just the Enclave, which didn't have all that many people if I'm not mistaken. We all started small, but we grew. Why would the BoS be any different? For another example, the USNR used to be just New Vegas, but then it expanded and grew. The Brotherhood has also done that. Like I said, it's not unreasonable for us to be that big.

UNSR since with there breeding programs would be on similar BOS and OH levels. 2AE is on the smae level as us, NCR would around 900,000. PRB would be the smallest, 200,000.
