Problem is that new people would have no idea what may or may not be happening, then could just drop off cause it is taking too long.

Also I think this one should be totally a collective thing, no offense bosmight. Things just seem to run smoother than way. So whenever you get the chance post your ideas or what not and those will be thrown into the things to consider.

Yeah, I suppose that's true. I'm really good with whatever, I just didn't want us all to get in trouble for being off topic from the current Summit

I'm in total agreement with that second point. I vote for no set GM, just causes problems in this sort of thing where consent of the majority has full reign. Nothing against you bosmight, but it'll prevent a lot of the problems.

That's been our official policy basically this whole time.

We don't have a GM.

While that's true, I think we need to make that point a bit more formal

Note: More factions from around the worlds, Brotherhood started out in Midwest making them a large power, United States powerful as Enclave when immiedltey arrived from Cali to East Coast took out CW and took control of all of the East Coast and on 2300 took control of Liberia and Puerto Rico.

From the looks of it, we are starting so I might as well get started on my Russia sheet.

Can somoene Repost the faction fs base?

I do like how you moved Nevada and Caesar's Legion down somewhat, gives them that important port for them. However I still think the east coast should be more split.

Also the last thing the MWBoS needs is more power.

And Russia may be big but its populaiton is around 6 mil and based upon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_Eastern_Federal_District.

Yes, still, that's more than the majority of us have. I think the only nation competing with that is the MWBoS.

Yeah I feel sympathy for Han as he has no sea acess. Legion had sea acess until Greyhawks took it.

I can fix the East Coast and retconn MW power.

My idea for the Lyons BOS was to be based way farther up North like New Jersey and others. The Enclave is nothing without there capital.

To be honest, I didn't plan on having a port myself, but I suppose I'll take it if its given. Might work well with the vision of the FEZNV I have in mind.

Is there a viable port city in that little speck of land though?

I've been messing with the map and I honestly don't see Nevada getting there.

Yeah Capital Union means Enclave lost, of course we can change why the lost so we don't have Liberty Prime. Like say the BoS amassed an army of wastelanders to their cause. It has just never been a real faction (I don't count Florida) so someone new could possibly pick it up.

I took away the Montana area that the Midwest controlled. You now have five people bordering you. (The purple looks like it touches, but it doesn't really).

Took away a good chunk of land from several factions, added the UK, Russia, and Spain. And that is about it.

No offense, but I hated that world map. We should keep it in North America for the beginning.

I liked the base of Wombat's second map, it seemed to be the best idea. If anything the borders can be constricted a little. If we do that I'd be willing to forfeit some southern territory, if only so I can take longer conquering it

If swine wants to set up the new OOC I'd be all for it.

I gave you that Rio Grande border too, but then took a considerable amount of land away. The river seemed like the priority.

I think if no one takes them during the Interest thread then they can be removed, Spain is especially different could attract someone new.

I'm sure bosmight is planning on being Russia, and don't know if the Enclave would want to be Britain again or not, so I just threw it in there in case, Spain is just for the awesome advertising. :tops:

To be fair you have parts or all of Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, and Kansas.
