I'm not certain I can be bothered responding until this debacle on a new RP is settled,.

Then cast your vote.

Here is the map I made in 3 seconds. http://i.imgur.com/4u74xf3.png

I don't know about Detroit being split.

I have: Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh

You have: Minneapolis, St. Paul, Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, and Kansas city.

Although besides Chicago and St. Louis mine are pretty much better, so it looks even to me in terms of industrial power.

I think it would be best, since I assume the Midwest would have had it had your faction never existed. The Midwest is also a nation that would get testy about land.

So, you're arguing Chicago and St. Louis are equal to all your cities in terms of production power?

Yup, so that's 3 for starting a new one and 2 for staying with this one, yes?

Hell, many of them are humans, if that helps. Yeah, we do need irritant factions, ones that stay alive longer as well. Tundrafrog told me not too long ago that he was going to try a mutant faction when we started back up, so that's another.

I was just asking because I'll go with Corellia instead of Ymmur if I know I'll be killed off right away.

Dang, I'd hoped we could make a new one, may not at this rate.

Oh it would, since the Midwest will be using mutations and have them among their population. I agree. Hmm, not sure how that will work out, he's left twice now.

No worries from me Fish, I wouldn't have the Midwest make war on you like that just because you have some mutants. I only said it to note an alliance or a good relationship might take some work.

Yeah, me too.

I gotta be honest, now that I started my faction sheet. I really want to start RPing it.

I do as well, I can't even get into the frame of mind to do a Vigil post. I so badly want to RP the Midwest.

Dido here, as well. I must say, if we don't start up a new RP my posts would probably be rather lack-luster (more so than they already are) and infrequent. I can't role play a mercantile country of prosperity turned into a part of the largest empire in the world while I'm thinking of reptilian-ish horse mutant's with near-human riders wielding lever action rifles and giant receive bows. It simply is not compatible :P

Well, the difference in my factions isn't that great but regardless, I just can't think of Vigil things when I want to write power-armored religious fanatics with high-powered energy weaponry marching into desolate ruins. Rough outline, there.

No, I'm saying those two alone are pretty big industrial cities (all of them are). Just that mine are generally better than some of yours, but those two essentially make up for any lost ground.

Ah then I'd be inclined to agree.

Still not sold on sharing Detroit though?

No, I think you have plenty of land to make up for a single city.

Anyone care if I make a few maps for what the next convention could possibly look like?

Eh, fair enough. I was going to go for pure industrial might being one of my selling points but I can add in some agriculture and I'll be set for trade. The others cities make up for it as well.

I'd personally love to see some preliminary maps.

What I'm going to do is some more canon type maps, then some other maps that are more lenient.

Oh I have so much to catch up on...

I'm not really sure I want to move on just yet. I had a lot in store for the Principality, but at the same time I really want to RP the U.S. I suppose I'm on the fence with this one.

You know you want toooo....

Things are also really heating up in the convention room. I feel like Ashford should just shut up and allow the peace talks to continue, but I can't help but retort.

Under the bus? He knows Bishop has fears of the Imperium, he wants his ally to own up to that. :D

Be loud and proud. Etc. etc.

Yeah, you're right. But I wanted to stay far away from this battle Marchment and Ashford are having. Even if he is wary, Bishop would rather just let them go at it. :bolt:

Well considering I've caught Ashford in a lie you may want to reconsider your stance.

What Bishop fears is the Imperium's massive growth, something that would make anyone nervous. It's not as if he hates the Imperium or has abandoned the British alliance.

And, in-case you didn't notice, you were included in the invasion plans before the Mexicans were because this attack pre-dates the Imperium anyway; because Bosmight had land that should have been yours.

What lie?

I love how the U.S. President and British Duke (two arguably fairly dubious factions) are effectively arguing over who is more of a tosser.

Fair enough.

Although I do think its probably time to wrap up the debate between us. The peace talks are stalling.

But I'm on a roll :(. You are not getting out of this this easily Ashford.
