Yet who will survive in this hostile world? Nations in North America rised up from the ashes of Nuclear War. With infrastructure, militaries, research, and most of all different ideologies. From the cold isolated North of Canada to the great capital of America: Washington D.C, to the plains of the Midwest? To the swampy South to the West Coast. You will RP as one of the Nations in North America. Your choices will impact them, from whether prosperity to total annihilation, to expansion to the other parts of Earth. What shall happen is all up to you.

5. For the first 5 convention, will retain the post apocalytpic feel of Fallout. Onward we can start to expand to other parts of the world and start developing true advance technology.

White House
When entering, all arrives from plane will land at AFB and head through the Metro. Arriving, will be a D.C that no longer looks battered. The Mall looks clean, and many buildings have been restored. Washington and Lincoln Memorial are touched up. The convention will take place in the White House meeting room. There are two primary exits from the room which are located on both the east and west walls. In the center of the room, lies a massive metal table with a holographic map set into the center of it, which details the entirety of the area of the former U.S. and Canmada and the locations and borders of the current nations and states which inhabit it., from current inof the ESA has. Around the circular table are many chairs, which are plush and comfortable. Enclave soldiers in APA MK2 and armed with Various Energy Weapons guard the doors, and several robobrains wait to serve the delegates refreshments. The place will have decorations.

The Chancellor sighed and smiled slightly as he looked at the Admiral.

"Honestly Admiral, the NCR's expansion plan are no concern of mine. Are there no islands that would better suit your needs? The small portion of land that we require is not much in the way of actual space itself. Also, it wouldn't be a neutral territory if the NCR is allowed to move whatever amount of troops through it as they see fit. No, I don't believe that will work. As for the Canada issues itself... well, I believe you may want to approach the country from a different angle anyway." The Chancellor said with a laugh.

He turned to Mr. Sinders and smiled warmly at his new ally.

"I understand that, however we do not ask for much, simply an area large enough for a monorail and train system to be maintained, and an area for which to keep troops to defend it. I see no reason we could not do that. The amount of actual land it would take would be extremely minimal."

"A fair offer Audrodium, I believe the Enclave would be interested in purchasing two Anchorage-Class Carriers and perhaps an Orwell Class Battleship. What exactly is the exchange rate that you would be considering?"

Aurodium spoke pleased.

"2 Anchorage Carriers and a Orwell Battleship will be a total of 160,000 credits. Are you interested in some escort carriers also President Eden. I could give you some info on them?"

The Chancellor looked over to the Aurodium at his words, and seeing an opportunity, jumped at it.

"Why, I believe we of the Brotherhood would be more than interested to make a deal my good man. While we do have a small number of ships, we could most assuredly use a bit of a boost. I'd like 5 destroyers if that is at all possible. We can pay up front in credits, trade with energy weapons and power armor, or a combination of both. Which do you prefer Aurodium?" The Chancellor said with a smile.

Mendez overheard some man talking about selling Naval ships. He turned to him interested, he was the NCR's only Admiral after all.

"Hello sir, I believe we have not met. I am Admiral Joseph Mendez of the New California Navy. I believe my country would be very interested in buying some of these warships you have to offer. I think 6 Patrol Frigates, 5 Destroyers and 3 Cruisers for a total of $200,000."

Another man spoke to Aurodium, this time a Admiral. He was interested in his ships and was pleased. He spoke.

"Hello there Admiral Mendez. Thats a good offer. They are reliable. I wish to open up trade with the NCR. It would be beneficial to have another west coast trade partner."

"Mr. Sinners, your idea of shared territory is a good one, but what if we expand on this? Is it possible for our three nation to construct a "super city", so to say, at the tip of Idaho. Within the confines of the city it would be split into divisions to accompany the NCR, the Nevada Federation, and The Brotherhood of Steel. This way the NCR could have their launching point and a railroad could run through the. Brotherhood portion. The Nevada Federation could also have a point to enter Canada...What do you two think of this?"
